Siyao Zheng

Siyao Zheng is an accomplished architect and 3D artist with over five years of experience in the field of architecture. His work uniquely intersects art and architecture, delving into the realm of playful design exploration. Drawing inspiration from nostalgic and familiar objects that evoke playful childhood memories, Siyao transforms these everyday elements into abstract forms. Through meticulous recomposition and precision, he creates architectural miniatures that embody new aesthetics, reshaping the way individuals perceive space and its contextual relevance.

Siyao Zheng is an alumnus of SCI-Arc, honored as the recipient of the prestigious Gehry Prize in 2019, recognizing him as the top graduate of his class. Post-graduation, he collaborated with Theo Triantafyllidis on Anti-Gone, a mixed-reality performance. His professional journey continued at Safdie Architects in Boston since 2020, where he served as a dedicated designer for three years, and as an associate for one year.
